Message: My family loves Genesis. The establishment is good. With any therapy it’s important to find someone that meshes well with you and your family. My son and I really appreciate working with Michael Morey. He’s definitely helped us work through some things. His nature is very welcoming and not intimidating. He helped my anxious son feel really safe and comfortable right away.

Message: I needed a doctor to have my child evaluated for autism and I had SO MUCH trouble finding a place! I am so grateful I discovered Genesis. It's a tough spot to be in, but the doctor we worked with there was beyond wonderful. She treated our entire family with such compassion. The evaluation was very thorough and they really respected our time. (We had to travel quite a distance to the clinic and they went out of their way to schedule things to make it as easy on us as possible. ).

Message: I left the VA in search of better care and I am so glad I did. I am SO glad I found this place. This is by far the best psychiatric facility I have ever experienced! Definitely go here if you want to be cared for and treated with dignity and respect!

Message: From the time the office reached out to me for my appointment, from the time I arrived, was nothing but kindness. The staff is very professional.. This was a great experience for me. I was able to share with my new counselor some personal things about myself without judgement. I know that I will receive the healing ❤️‍

Message: I reached out for evaluation services online for my daughter & was contacted within 72hours. I was sent a link that did not have clear instructions on how to access my telehealth appointment however after 15mins I figured it out. During this frustrating process I was calling the office leaving messages requesting help however, the office opened at 9 my appointment was 815. When I was connected to the doctor she told me I missed my appointment however she reschedule and gave me a later time (1030)for that day & apologized for the lack of information. I was extremely greatful because I didn’t want to take off work another day.. Once the office opened I received a call back within 10mins of them opening & the receptionist was also apologetic. When we had the actual appointment even though it was rescheduled we were not rushed. The doctor took her time, asked thorough questions & made sure I understood the next steps to come. The doctor also seemed passionate & attentive to my daughter while we spoke. So far I look forward to working with the team here at Genesis.

Message: The staff are all very friendly and down to earth. They have made the journey towards healing much easier. They have a robust amount of services and wonderful customer care. The Norfolk Newtown office ladies are so kind! I'm always happy to see them, and they seem always happy to see us customers/patients. I'd definitely recommend this office for POC, LGBTQIA+, Spiritual people, and probably anyone who needs it.
